    This position reports to a Customer Care Supervisor or Manager and is responsible for building positive customer experiences.
    Complete work by receiving, investigating, processing and responding to customer inquiries.

    Summary of essential job responsibilities First line of contact for customer or sales reps inquiries via phone, fax, internet, and/or mail regarding orders, returns, shipments and education products and services.
    Partners with associates and/or School Specialty franchises to assure customers expectations are exceeded.
    Identifies and resolves underlying root causes through research and analysis.
    Develops customer, vendor, and product knowledge expertise.
    Monitors customer orders, initiates tracers with carriers, and authorizes returns and/or credits including necessary transportation.
    Responds to customers inquires and follows through to completion accurately and within customer timeframes.
    Receives and processes phone and electronic orders.
    Diffuses difficult customer situations in a professional manner.
    Partners with sales team and solicits sale of new or additional educational products or services where applicable.
    Exercises care within work environment to prevent injuries.

    Minimum requirements Minimum 1 years customer service related work experience.
    Minimum one year data entry and keyboarding experience.
    Knowledge/Skills required Ability to perform business math calculations including profit margins.
    Proficient in all Microsoft Office products.
    Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
    Problem-solving skills and ability to resolve discrepancies.
    Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

As a eCommerce Support Representative you will be responsible for building positive customer experiences and partner relationships for each of our Etail customers. This includes all aspects of Customer Care for Amazon, Walmart, Donorschoose and others. We are looking for a highly motivated professional that wants to be part of a winning team. Summary of Primary Responsibilities Supports inquiries from customers and sales reps via phone, email, and web portal regarding orders, returns, shipments and educational products and services. Monitors each Etail partner’s web portal to proactively resolve any Customer Care inquiries, order issues, SOP changes, etc. Partners with internal and external Etail team to meet all Service Level Agreements and troubleshoot any technical issues. Identifies and resolves underlying root causes through research and analysis. Develops customer, vendor and product knowledge expertise. Responsible for timely review of any cancellations, backorders, and chargeback review for assigned Etail accounts. Documents any changes in SOP and communicates to the team. Works a rotating schedule for weekend coverage for our top Etail customers. Exercises care within work environment to prevent injuries. Support and follow all company safety policies and procedures. Willingness to work non-standard hours during busy season to support 24/7 operations. Ability to adapt to fluid situations, quick self-learner, and the ability to manage through complexity.
