Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will ensure our customers have a seamless and positive experience with Cozzini Bros. Your main responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to emails, and acting as a key liaison between customers and various departments. Our ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, highly organized, and a great communicator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and effectively.

• Engage with customers through inbound calls, with light selling responsibilities.

• Manage and complete assigned support cases daily.

• Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally.

• Process new business submissions from the sales team within daily deadlines.

• Assist the sales team with updates and support for new customers.

• Perform light logistics tasks as needed for urgent route driver changes.

• Utilize and understand various systems to execute daily tasks.

• Maintain a hybrid work schedule, with a minimum of three days per week in the office.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Location Requirement: Candidates must reside within a 30-minute commute of our corporate building at 8430 W Bryn Mawr Ave, Rosemont, IL 60631-3497.
