Our President is calling for reinforcements-we need a Customer Care Representative who can help our clients with every request to keep pace with our growth and help sustain the high standards our customers expect. What You Will Work On Manage All Incoming Telephone Calls and Email Requests Listen, Help and Serve our Customers by building relationships and trust. Helping Customers with everything from reaching the right person to placing an order.

Log all activities and findings in Salesforce. Collaborate with Sales Teams to identify new business opportunities. Serve as the initial contact for our prospects.

Provide fast and responsive customer service. Manage inquiries promptly via Live Chat, email or phone. Answer phone calls.

Respond to Web requests. Know our market, our products and have the answers to every question Help with Customers' every concern with our Customer First culture. Qualifications Experience in a prospect/customer facing sales/support role Experience with Salesforce or other CRM An effective communicator, having worked with both prospects and internal sales teams An organized individual who demonstrates strong attention to detail while being able to multitask many requests and varying needs Demonstrates the ability to listen with a purpose to gather important information during a sales call and/or meeting A self-starter who is continually learning and developing You're an overachiever.
