Join us for an incredible opportunity to be a part of our Front Office Team as a Customer Care Specialist (PBX Operator). The Customer Care Specialist will support "A Seattle Collection", a multi-property cluster comprised of Grand Hyatt Seattle, Hyatt at Olive 8 and Hyatt Regency Seattle.

This individual is responsible for answering incoming calls to the resort and must have good typing skills, a pleasant attitude and excellent phone demeanor. The Customer Care Specialist must work well handling a high volume of calls. The Customer Care Specialist should be comfortable and able to answer questions relating to the hotel.

Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks mission and values.</p><p>As a resolution advisor, you will…</p><ul><li><p>Provides end-to-end investigation to resolve the highest level of customer care issues pertaining to experiences with our brands, including but not limited to: claims of discrimination &amp; harassment, mitigating contacts before they reach Risk or Legal, and personal injury or property damage</p></li><li><p>Consults with all levels of retail leadership (from Store Manager to Senior Vice President - US operations) to advise and make decisions on escalated issues impacting customers and the business</p></li><li><p>Serves as a key stakeholder in cross-functional crisis management</p></li><li><p>Resolves customer issues on behalf of the executive leadership team</p></li><li><p>Creates talking points on escalated customer issues for our owned @StarbucksCare handle and other Starbucks-verified social media channels</p></li><li><p>Crafts messaging for escalated issues to be delivered by retail leadership</p></li><li><p>Uses expertise in multiple systems to research, troubleshoot and provide issue resolution</p></li><li><p>Works cross-functionally with our stakeholders, including but not limited to: Public Affairs, Risk, Legal, Ethics &amp; Compliance, Campaign Managers and PRMs to ensure alignment on processes and communication to customers</p></li><li><p>Manages spend through our fiscal authority and recovery methods to find opportunities to provide cost savings to the organization</p></li><li><p>Analyzes emerging issues and recommends solutions to improve the customer experience and reduce future contacts</p></li><li><p>Advises and participates on project teams and task forces for special projects.
