The Customer Care Marketing Communications Specialist will manage our online and offline communication (OMNI) channels with customers and increase Supply Chain Services (SCS) brand awareness by distributing promotional material through (OMNI) channels, creating marketing campaigns, lead generation, and networking with industry professionals on social media platforms.
Responsibilities of the Customer Care Communications Specialist include, but are not limited to:
Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns to promote our products and services
Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of marketing campaigns
Utilize Salesforce to collaborate and manage marketing campaigns
Create and manage customer surveys and provide feedback to the sales and operations team
Monitor the corporate website and social media platforms and develop strategies to drive online followers
Respond to online client queries in a timely manner
Join professional industry groups to network and drive brand awareness
Manage and update the SCS company website and produce videos and marketing content including metatags and keywords
Coordinate the design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels (OMNI)
Qualifications of the Customer Care Communications Specialist include, but are not limited to:
Previous experience utilizing Salesforce CRM and Pardot/ Account Engagement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels of DXP and Customer organizations
Must be a self-starter and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Ability to meet deadlines with a sense of urgency and accuracy
Skilled in writing and editing content with a strong attention to detail
Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Applications including: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Shift Time/Overtime: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Travel: Ability to travel 20%-30% (as needed)
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
