MediaBeacon is a digital asset management (DAM) solution that stores images, videos, artwork, and other digital assets in a digital library for your company. It is the system that allows your teams to quickly find the assets they need and incorporate them into marketing projects, all while protecting the digital rights of the content. The interface is clean, intuitive, and customizable so that your teams can distribute digital assets across departments and organizations all around the world. As part of Esko, a member of Danaher's Product Identification (PID) platform, MediaBeacon has the solution and team to partner with you on implementing and strengthening DAM as part of your digital ecosystem.
We are looking for a new colleague to join our team as Customer Care Engineer in Minneapolis, MN. In this role, you contribute to the implementation and customer support of our Enterprise Digital Asset Management solutions and the internal IT efforts to facilitate the development, testing and delivery of those solutions.
Supporting customers with questions, issues and feedback related to the MediaBeacon platform via email, phone, and remote access technologies over the web
Setting up and maintaining internal test and demo environments (Windows, Mac), project validation, and client demos
Testing new features and fixes with the MediaBeacon platform as applies to resolving customer issues
Installing and configuring MediaBeacon software, both for customers and internal efforts
Training customers on installation and administration of the MediaBeacon platform
Interfacing directly with customers as well as Developers, QA, Project Managers, Sales, Solution Delivery and other members of the MediaBeacon team
As an ideal candidate, you will possess:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or related field.
Ability to participate in a dynamic environment
Proficient in time-management towards effective multi-tasking
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical skills
