Position Summary
PG&E is seeking a Salesforce.com (SFDC) administrator to maintain SFDC features and enhancements and support users in all Customer Energy Solution departments, particularly product/program management, energy efficiency operations, and sales. We are looking for someone who possesses the knowledge of best practices and can take the SFDC implementation to the next level with high user participation and feature utilizations. This role will act as a Product Owner for the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) method of delivery.
This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. The assigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory.
PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E's discretionary incentive compensation programs. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors.
A reasonable salary range is:
Bay Area Minimum: $78,000.00
Bay Area Maximum: $116,000.00
OR
California Minimum: $74,000.00
California Maximum: $110,000.00
Job Responsibilities
Handle all facets of Product Owner role to maximize the value delivered by the team, aligning backlog priorities with stakeholder needs
Handle all facets of advanced salesforce.com administration and support, including setup and configuration of custom objects and fields
Understand configured workflow rules, process builder, flows and managed packages as they pertain to business processes
Salesforce data management: export / import data using tools like Data Loader
Business process problem solving: Meet regularly and often with cross-functional business stakeholders to capture requirements and propose solutions
Handle process design, including creation of requirements documentation and visual flow diagrams
Actively research database issues and identify causes.
Take customer business requirements and translates into basic queries or database formats
Set up data sharing
Identifies process improvements to reduce risk and create database efficiencies.
Assist in the implementation of new or changes to databases
Restore and recover corrupted databases
Develop database utilities and automated reporting
Analyze and sustain capacity and performance requirements
Create and run basic database queries
May participate on project teams
Qualifications
Minimum:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or job-related discipline or equivalent experience
Experience in database management, job-related, 2 years
Salesforce Certified Administrator Certification
Desired:
Experience with Salesforce platform, job-related, 3 years
Experience in database management, job-related, 3 years
Ability to travel up to 25 percent of working time
