Job Description:


Answer all customer care telephone calls and inquiries. Process and administer all customer care and quality assurance related paperwork and information. Maintain customer care records and support department activities.


  • Receive and Return all Customer phone calls within 24 hours

  • Log phone calls

  • Communicate phone call messages to appropriate Field Representative

  • Make sure customer received a call back from appropriate representative within a communicated time frame

  • Enter all inspection report information in the CFT program as identified service orders

  • Send 30 Day and 360 Day histories to homeowners with cover letter

  • Send service orders via fax to all contractors with noted date for work and/or delinquent date

  • File all documentation in warranty file and keep with other department file in a central folder

  • Enter all completed service orders

  • Process UW Requests when work complete and invoices are submitted

  • Make a service order entry identifying information in letters sent to customers on history

  • Water intrusion list is to be logged daily and followed through

  • Weekly report of open service orders is to be generated and sent to the Field Representatives


  • Minimum High School or GED required

  • 1 year customer service experience, preferably with a homebuilder

  • Intermediate to advanced PC skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Must possess professional attitude to represent company in a positive manner

  • Team player

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

SUMMARY As Patient Care Representative, under pharmacist direction, you will use your clinical knowledge and experience to support our patient's one on one care. You will partner closely with the Pharmacy Team to ensure that patients are provided with the highest levels of care. This position also maintains direct contact with patients and caregivers to discuss patient progress; assess inventory needs, refill orders; and schedule deliveries of medication/equipment as well as follow up with physicians as directed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation. * Consult with patients/caregivers via telephone to discuss patient progress; assess inventory needs and refill orders; coordinate medication orders and deliveries. * Provide information obtained from patients/clients to the Pharmacist follow-up; and enter notes and medication information into patient profiles for review/action. * Follow-up with physician's office as directed by clinical team regarding patient care. * Participates actively in the logistics of pharmacy product and clinical services to patients. * Assist pharmacists in obtaining laboratory values and forward to ordering physician. * Generate delivery/pick slips under the supervision of the Pharmacist as wells as pull supplies and home medical equipment. * Communicate with branch team to assure compounded sterile preparations are prepared timely. Collaborates with other members of the team to ensure the provision of quality patient services. * Partner with the Warehouse/Delivery teams to ensure timely deliveries and that there are adequate supplies available to meet patient needs. * Serve as backup for Intake Staff as necessary. * Participates in branch management, department and intra-departmental meetings and quality improvement activities as requested. * Adheres to all Accreditation, OSHA, FDA, state, local and federal regulations and standards relevant to infusion pharmacy and home medical equipment. * Safeguard equipment, supplies and resources of Home Solutions. * Attend in-services and conferences as requested. * Comply with all safety procedures. * Understands and adheres to Home Solutions compliance standards as they appear in the Corporate Compliance Policy, Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policy. * Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS * High School diploma or GED is required * At least one year experience of aseptic preparation of infusion related pharmaceuticals in a hospital or home infusion setting, preferable * Successful completion of an approved/accredited pharmacy technician training program preferred * Home healthcare/home infusion experience preferred * National pharmacy technician certification preferred KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required, with or without reasonable accommodation. * General knowledge of drug terminology, pharmaceutical calculations, drug use and aseptic techniques. Effective mathematical skills required * Ability to work independently, accurately and efficiently * Demonstrate basic pharmacy knowledge of reading and interpreting prescriptions * Ability to work weekend hours, on -call rotation and flexible schedule (mostly days with some evenings to include after- hours starts) based on business needs * Strong computer skills with excellent customer service skills (written and verbal) a must. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse customer group Language Skills Ability to operate information systems, follow policy, complete required forms, and prepare reports.
