We are in search of a Customer Care Specialist who will play a pivotal role in connecting our company with our current and potential customers. Your ability to effectively communicate with customers on their issues, complaints, and inquiries, and to prioritize their happiness in every decision and behavior, is crucial to our success. Your role is not just a job, but a key part of our customer-centric approach.

Since 1988, Anti-Pesto Bug Killers has been trusted, locally owned, and operated, protecting the health and property of businesses and homeowners throughout the Tampa Bay and St. Petersburg area. What your job looks like: 1.

Sitting at a desk and receiving inbound calls from current and prospective customers.2. Ask customers qualifying questions to confirm their needs and match them to our solutions.3. Schedule our techs and inspectors to meet with customers. 4.

Record all conversations in the company database in a comprehensible way so others on your team understand what happened. 5. Go above and beyond in your communication to make our customers happy. What we require of you: 1.

Show up on time - Attendance is monumental. 2. Work well with the other members of the customer care team.3. A friendly phone presence, a positive outlook, and openness to new ideas.4.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.5. Ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and work without someone looking over your shoulder.6. Dedication to improving your knowledge and skills.7.

Strong computer skills in Google Suite (Docs & Sheets) and Email.8. Intermediate and accurate typing skills.9. One year of experience or training in a customer service role is preferred.10.

Bi-lingual a plus.
