Position: Customer Care Coordinator

As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring our customers' needs are met promptly and efficiently. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about making a difference, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Outstanding Service: Answer incoming calls and inquiries, providing professional support.

• Streamline Order Processing: Efficiently process new orders and coordinate evaluations with clients and referrals.

• Maintain Communication: Keep clients informed about order statuses, coverage details, and financial responsibilities.

• Manage Documentation: Request, collect, and review essential medical documents to support order fulfillment.

• Coordinate Deliveries: Schedule and track equipment deliveries, ensuring timely service.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma/GED required; Associate's degree preferred.

• Minimum of three years in a fast-paced office environment.

• A positive, customer-focused attitude.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
