Overview:

The Greer Group, Inc. Is seeking (MULTIPLE!) Customer Care Assistants for a local company. This is a long term temporary opportunity, with the possibility to go permanent.

Job Description:

-Customer Care Assistant working in a call center environment, you will be working to support customers with their accounts.

  • Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.

  • Work with customers to resolve inquiries.

  • Provide troubleshooting assistance to customers.

  • Accept and implement coaching and feedback in order to achieve individual and team performance goals.

  • Maintain a high level of world class customer service/professionalism to a wide range of customers.

  • Recommend products that best suit the customer.

  • Ability to read and interpret documents.

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule.

  • Six months experience in providing customer service either via phone or in person.

  • Ability to type (Minimum of 25 WPM), experience with basic Windows.

  • Maintain a positive environment, working with co-workers and customers within a diverse culture.

  • Excellent telephone manner and listening skills.

  • The ability to relate to customers in a professional and courteous manner.

  • The ability to work under pressure.

  • The ability to sit for long periods of time.

  • Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.

  • Must pass drug test and state, federal and criminal background check

  • Must have High School diploma or GED.

This position is located at NC Correctional Institution for Women in Raleigh, NC. This position will participate in the delivery of health services for the inmate population in accordance with the NC Nurse Practice Act and DOP Health Services Policies/Procedures. This position will implement all aspects of the medication administration process including transcribing orders, ordering and storing medications and supplies, administering medication and treatment, documentation of medication administration and treatment, observing and reporting to the RN medication effectiveness and side effects, and will reinforce patient education as given by the Nurse and/or Physician. Administrative and clinical supervision will be provided by an RN. This position will also assist in clerical duties. Working Title will be Medication Technician for Outpatient Services. Medication Technician must have certification and specific DOC training for medication administration and CPR. Individuals may be required to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities / Competencies Listed below are the knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs) associated with this position. These KSAs, along with the minimum education and experience listed, are required in order to be deemed "eligible" for the position. Therefore, you must demonstrate through documented experience or provide supporting information within the body of your application to demonstrate your possession of ALL KSAs listed. * Demonstrated knowledge of nurse aid skills and techniques in caring for medical and/or mentally ill patients * Demonstrated experience in personal care and treatment of patients * Demonstrated experience observing patients and compiling reports * Documented experience in the administration of medication Management Preference: Registered with NC Board of Nursing as a Nursing Assistant II and one year of experience in direct nursing care. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements High school or General Educational Development diploma; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Special Condition for Continued Employment As required, listing as a Nurse Aide I by the North Carolina Division of Health Service Regulation. As applicable, listing as a Nurse Aide II by the North Carolina Board of Nursing. As required by the Department of Public Safety, must be eligible for certification by the North Carolina Criminal Justice Training and Standards Counsel. As applicable, North Carolina Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification.
