ABOUT THE JOB
As a team of highly motivated, customer-centric professionals, we're looking for the right person to join our Customer Care Team. Your mission ... should you choose to accept it ... is to field calls, answer questions, explain product information, and provide customers clarity on their accounts. Team members also up sell products by giving customers a free account review to explore all available offers.
Field inbound calls in a professional manner
Respond to and resolve customer questions
Research possible solutions to customer issues
Offer the Customer a free account review to provide the best offer available
Sell / Up sell products on customer's account
Follow up customer calls when the issue isn't resolved during the first contact
Retain customers wanting to cancel
Deescalate angry customers
Computer navigation, data entry and chats
Meets sales and quality quotas set by coach and director
Computer skills and knowledge
The ability to type 25 wpm
Good numerical and analytical skills
Skill to communicate effectively with customers
Ability to handle a high stress environment
Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems
Must be able to handle multiple priorities and conflicts
Willingness to work in a fast pace work environment
Ability to be proactive
Professional work behavior
Must pass a Background and Drug test
Dependable, self-starters who have an excellent work ethic
Agents able to think quickly on their feet
People who love working on computers
Individuals who have the knack for talking to people
