The Northeast region of Carrier Enterprise sells residential and light commercial Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) products, parts and supplies through dealers (independent companies that sell, deliver and service Carrier, Bryant & Payne products to residences and businesses in their respective markets). We currently have an exciting Customer Assurance Administrator opportunity at our Hartford, CT location.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of the Technical Services Department, responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Answering phones and assessing customers' needs; Providing light HVAC technical support to our customers' field technicians; Assigning cases to Customer Assurance Managers; Handling all administrative aspects and responsibilities related to the Technical Services Department including entry/review into the Salesforce, HVAC Partners and Service Bench online platforms; Ensuring proper handing by the appropriate technical resources for recalls, quality holds or similar vendor issues. This role will also require working closely with other departments such as Warranty, Credit, Sales and Operations.

High School diploma required. College degree preferred.
Basic understanding of HVAC for both Residential and Commercial products is helpful, but not essential.
Ability to analyze and manage complex data and reports.
Strong troubleshooting, customer service and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook applications.
