About The Job
Customers are at the heart of everything we do.

To be eligible for the Kickstart programme you will need to be:
Unemployed and have been in receipt of Universal Credit for 6 months or more
Referred by your Jobcentre Work Coach
Be available to work for 25+ hours
Be able to undertake a 6-month training programme
In return we will offer you:
A great onboarding experience delivered via a blended approach in your store
Support and development of your technical skills and on-the-job behaviours
A dedicated Buddy/Mentor available throughout your 6-month training programme
Support and guidance with employability skills including:
Work principles and basic skills
How to look for long-term work
You'll be someone with great communication skills and works well in a team, while being ready to roll up your sleeves and do what's needed to give our customers great service.
