You will serve as a CUSTOMER ADVOCATE within the Lead Customer Advocate Division at Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division.
This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-6 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-14 and GS-15.

You will perform strategic planning with the Warfare Center, National Workload Manager, Technical Project Managers, Chief Strategists, Division Managers, and Customer Advocates to ensure future customer needs are best supported.
You will participate in national strategic assessments and long term master planning efforts.
You will provide project management oversight through collaboration with Technical Project Managers and functional managers.
You will develop and coordinate strategies to most effectively fulfill customer demands.
You will conduct workload forecasting and participate in strategic and technicial capabilities planning.
Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.

This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-05 pay band (GS-13/14 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector executing strategic planning efforts (e.g., workload forecasting, determining technical capabilities, participating in strategic assessments) to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of organizational and business operations.
