The Customer Advocacy Program Coordinator is a growth position that is a blend of program management and customer engagement. We pride ourselves on the passion that our clients have for our platform and our company, and this role is instrumental in managing multiple advocacy functions that service our global customer base, stakeholders and teams.
This position requires strong project coordination skills, keen attention to detail, expressive communication skills and the ability to direct activities across multiple functions, roles and geographies. Customer Advocacy programs touch both internal and external audiences, and this role supports both by managing content, coordinating customer meetings, developing communications, responding to inquiries and documenting program requirements. You will be responsible for maintaining, tracking and enhancing advocacy programs and content.
In additional to managing advocacy programs, your expertise will be utilized to evaluate customer engagement strategy and make recommendations for process enhancements. Additional language skills and an appreciation for global cultural awareness is a plus as we expand our business in our international markets. Success is defined as the development and management of advocacy programs that empower our target audiences and enable adoption worldwide.
The candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Program management and collaborative skills are a must as this role interfaces with multiple stakeholders and functions. Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple assignments is critical. Must be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities. Experience with customer advocacy, reference or experience programs and associated business acumen preferred. A background in Alteryx and the hi-technology industry is a distinct advantage. Work closely with Customer Advocacy team to coordinate customer communications and calendar
Develop customer and partner communications in support of advocacy activity and programs
Collaborate across multiple functions to manage and gain support for advocacy programs.
Schedule and facilitate discussions with stakeholders in support of advocacy plans
Gather and document program and system enhancement requirements
Establish and manage project plans across multiple programs
Perform administration of advocacy systems and content
Evaluate customer engagement models to identify gaps and opportunities to enhance the advocacy experience
Bachelor's degree required
1-3 years' experience in project coordination
Strong project coordination skills with the ability to track to established objectives, manage multiple priorities and pivot quickly based on immediate needs of the business
Prioritize and manage business programs by establishing objectives, timelines, status and outcomes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to administer business systems such as salesforce.com and community platforms
Proven responsiveness and aptitude to manage advocacy requests
Recognized talent in fostering relationships with all levels of stakeholders and personalities
Strong critical thinker with pragmatic approach to resolving issues
Ability to critically review content and process to provide constructive guidance
Working knowledge of the business of high-technology and a solid understanding of Alteryx products preferred
Demonstrated skills in MS Office, Asana or other Project Management tool, Salesforce.com, Tableau and HTML
