About The Position
The Customer Advisor I position will provide superior customer service to our largest revenue producing account customers. This role will primarily manage customers energy needs, while providing a highly technical, proactive level of customer service being extremely responsive to enhance customer relationships and increase customer satisfaction.
This role will be responsible for developing customer advocates through their relationships as well as leveraging those relationships to implement strategic company business initiatives as appropriate. The Customer Advisor I will know their assigned customer's business at a very strategic level and strive to become a trusted and proactive energy advisor in the customer's eyes.
The top candidate should have a strong bias for action, be able to communicate effectively at all levels, including delivering presentations to executives when required; represent the FPL brand at external customer events; and be able to use, promote, and adapt quickly to technological changes. Experience with CRM is a plus.
Bachelors degree is preferred.
The candidate for this position can be located anywhere within the western region of the Florida Power & Light Service Territory.
