You will directly lead a talented team of Global Account Executives, and with your influence and expertise align the full power of the Life Sciences/GEHC organization as needed to drive the highest levels of customer centricity that enable our partners to achieve their objectives. Essential Responsibilities: Engage and develop a deep understanding of the Biopharmacueutical global account strategy and provide the business, and team with the resources to succeed. Build lasting relationships with our global customers to enable the alignment of our customers' strategic focus with our GEHC strategy to contribute to the Precision Health vision. Through deep understanding of the strategy and challenges in the industry and across our customers, you will develop solutions and offerings to enable both the customers and GEHC's growth. This person will lead in a global, matrix structure and co-ordinate the existing teams who deal with the customer to ensure optimal communication systems and processes are created across all functions including Account and Sales and Services teams, Enterprise, and Commercial Operations, Marketing and Supply Chain. Furthermore, the role is responsible for achievement of customer related business metrics and reporting these metrics on a regular basis to the regional and global commercial leadership teams. Key Responsibilities/essential functions include: * Creation of a global strategic plan and roadmap that defines where the company and our customers can partner to grow and develop in the biomanufacturing sector. Partner with our Product and Enterprise teams to understand and build portfolio wide offerings that drive understanding and the delivery of digital solutions, analytics, diagnostic and imaging collaboration, Precision Health, etc. Ensure that the team's account plans addresses advanced scenario planning including impacts resulting from changes in the customer's product development pipeline, manufacturing strategy and consolidation moves. * Regularly assess business development plans and gain an understanding of the key players in our Global Customer relationships. Develop and implement a plan for gaining deeper trust and engagement of senior management for both our customers and GEHC. * Expansion of the portfolio being utilized by the customer is key to success in this role. Through engagement with sales leaders, product management, modality leaders and the service organization, establishing the opportunity funnel will be an essential short term goal * Review contractual arrangements with global customers and develop the strategy for future contract negotiations * Create accurate reports of existing business and maintain an accurate forecast of short and long term business opportunities through co-ordination of all stakeholders. * Define the goals for customer service levels and work with the regional counterparts to drive a customer centric culture of performance for our Global Accounts Qualifications/Requirements: Minimum Education to Bachelor Degree level; strong preference for Masters level ideally in biomanufacturing, engineering, with formal business training. * Extensive experience (10 + years) in Business Management or Sales/Marketing and demonstrated business acumen as exhibited through Business Development, Consulting, Marketing or Commercial experience, ideally in a Biopharmaceutical environment or sector. Minimum 7 years of Global Leadership experience, with demonstrated experience directly and indirectly managing large, complex global and cross functional teams to create alignment and common purpose on behalf of the customer. Financial acumen as demonstrated through ability to interpret and present internal and external financials to reflect overall business and customer drivers and performance. * Proven account management and project planning skills * Outstanding influencing, interpersonal and networking skills to drive collaborative culture at all levels * High level presentation skills; able to present ideas in English to customers and internally in a way that produces understanding and impact.
