POSITION SUMMARY: Do you enjoy problem solving and helping others? The BJU Press Customer Account Services is a team that is mission focused and provides a pleasant work environment. The Customer Account Services Analyst will primarily assist our customers with managing orders. There is opportunity for cross-training and working on projects with the entire Business Office Team. After successful onboarding, an employee in this position may apply for a hybrid work schedule.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls related to orders.
Provide resolutions to customer inquiries regarding exchanges, returns, issues with orders
Communicate effectively with customers and sales team.
Assist in productivity improvement.
Be flexible to change tasks as needed.
Cross-train to assist other team members.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Ability to think through resolutions quickly based on company policies
Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls with a friendly demeanor
Ability to remain calm while listening to customer
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Ability to adapt to changes
Organizational skills and accuracy.
Self motivated, intuitive thinker with ability to work independently or in a team
Good computer skills, ability to learn cloud-based software programs
Experience using Teams/D365 preferred but can train
Microsoft Office
