Responsibilities:
Provides customer support services relating to purchase requests, sales orders and chargebacks, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Responds to inquiries received from customers or internal sources and provides timely resolution of customer issues
Follows established policies and procedures for systems and transaction processes
Performs testing for system changes/enhancements, documenting results and escalating exceptions
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in business/marketing or science discipline
0-2 years' customer service and support experience; pharmaceutical or biotech experience preferred
Microsoft Office and strong Excel experience
