Customer Account Representative

Responsibilities:

• Provides customer support services relating to purchase requests, sales orders and chargebacks, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

• Responds to inquiries received from customers or internal sources and provides timely resolution of customer issues

• Follows established policies and procedures for systems and transaction processes

• Performs testing for system changes/enhancements, documenting results and escalating exceptions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in business/marketing or science discipline

• 0-2 years' customer service and support experience; pharmaceutical or biotech experience preferred

• Microsoft Office and strong Excel experience
