About the Role:

As a Customer Account Manager, you will develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of Epicor clients and connect with key business stakeholders while building on existing relationships. You will be the liaison between your customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery and adoption of our visionary enterprise software solutions based on your customer's growth goals.

What You'll Do:

  • Heavy prospecting for qualified buyers

  • Pursue all qualified prospects via cold calling

  • 40-70 calls per day

  • Schedule and perform web demonstrations

  • Keep an organized calendar of calls

  • Close prospects over the phone

  • Complete contracts and shop profiles

  • Possess a strong willingness to do whatever it takes to stand out among the best

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 1-2 years of heavy cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales experience

  • Must be competitive, passionate and aggressive to meet and exceed sales objectives. Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced, results-oriented team environment as well as independently

  • Excellent Time management skills and the ability to multitask

  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite products. Presence and knowledge of Social Media Marketing

  • Ability to 'think on your feet' in order to creatively solve our customers' business needs

  • Exceptional and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be detail oriented, have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Must have a positive attitude, confident, and desire to be the best

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:

  • Bachelor's degree or other educational degree

  • Experience with Automotive Industry

Brightpearl’s TAMs proactively drive the technical and business health of our customers through proactive account management, adoption review, issue management, coordinating solutions/priorities, understanding support health, identifying best business practices and managing all escalated customer issues which may occur.</p> <p>This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for customer success, and a previous background in supporting ERP / Accounting software / Inventory Management solutions and who wants to add more value through customer engagement in order to provide a superior customer experience. We have an incredibly talented team and a goal oriented and collaborative culture.</p><p><strong>Your Day-to-Day:</strong></p><ul> <li>Provide exceptional account management for all requests (business and technical) from assigned customer accounts</li> <li>Successfully manage a book of business: taking on new clients following implementation, continually provide advice and guidance, respond to client questions in a timely manner, provide Brightpearl and retail best practices</li> <li>Perform periodic business reviews to ensure clients are achieving their business goals</li> <li>Proactively review a TAM dashboard to monitor<ul> <li>Open issues with appropriate escalation</li> <li>NPS and CSAT</li> <li>Support tickets</li> <li>Risk</li> <li>Account adoption and utilization</li> <li>Customer health</li> <li>Business Reviews</li> </ul> </li> <li>Identify upsell opportunities</li> <li>Possess a deep understanding of the customers goals via success plans</li> <li>Obtain and coordinate Brightpearl product roadmap and release schedule with customers, including new features.</li> <li>Have a deep understanding of the Brightpearl product.
