Based in Northern, VA, Axiologic Solutions LLC has opportunities for you to become part of our high-quality team that delivers innovative solutions to key Federal clients. We are seeking a Customer Account Manager (CAM) in Herndon, VA.
Prepare, review, validate, and send billing statements, project plans, and service level agreements (SLAs) to customers
Submit monthly invoices to customers showing spending against their SLAs
Provide assistance and instructions to customers by answering questions and assisting them in navigating through business and financial processes
Work closely with Finance when preparing and analyzing SLAs, financial, or billing statements
Strong written and verbal communication skills including proof reading, writing, developing communications for the customer, creating communication plans, and writing speeches as needed
Run monthly ad hoc financial reports and metrics
Review and approve timesheets as needed
Active TS/SCI FS Poly security clearance.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Basic knowledge of project management principles and concepts
Knowledge of "Fee for Service" or "Working Capital Fund" concepts and business models
Working knowledge of Government financial processing vehicles (Momentum, SLA Workflow, CAPTURE)
Ability to interact with customers at all levels of the organization
Minimum 3+ years' experience
