What role will YOU play

  • The Acquisition and Maintenance of Customers

  • Managing the collections process and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals

  • Holding daily strategy meetings with all members of your team

  • Working select customer accounts and establishing contact over the phone and in-person

  • Ensuring customers make timely lease payments for their merchandise

  • Acting as a key holder, reviewing customer lease agreements

What do we need from YOU

  • At least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and satisfactory MVR: a valid Driver' License, and, if applicable, a DOT Physical/Certification

  • Two years of college or two years of previous management experience preferred

  • Schedule flexibility between 8A 9P, including Saturdays

  • Must meet DOT requirements to obtain certification in required states

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with the assistance of a dolly

As a Part-time Customer Account Advisor, you will build relationships with our customers over the phone and face-to-face to help bring them one-step closer to ownership.
