Customer Account ExecutiveJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Customer Account Executive to manage and support our customer accounts, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. This role involves confirming weekly customer orders, promoting new and existing products, providing price quotes, and maintaining customer accounts.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and experience in account management.ResponsibilitiesConfirm weekly customer orders and complete order entry.Research and resolve customer orders.Promote new and existing products to customers.Provide price quotes on products.Maintain customer accounts and resolve customer issues.Coordinate communication between the customer, Sales Team, and other internal staff to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.Invoicing and processing credit card orders.Obtain proof of delivery.Sort and distribute incoming mail.Review and prepare outgoing mail.File invoices.Essential SkillsCustomer service experience.Account management skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office.Experience with SAP systems.QualificationsProficiency with Microsoft Office.Experience with SAP systems.A minimum of three years of experience in a non-retail customer service environment.High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.Work EnvironmentThe position operates in a professional office environment with a Monday through Friday, first shift schedule.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
