Responsibilities Receive all incoming client calls/emails Create & dispatch all work orders Improve customer service experience to facilitate organic growth Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution Coordinate daily services with vendors/technicians, facility managers & customers, Following up with clients and projects daily and update internal systems accordingly Maintain high profile customer relationships through phone and email correspondences Handle job escalations Manage all aspects of each job and are responsible for each service provided Skills Demonstrated customer service skills; excellent phone/email etiquette a must Strong verbal and written communication skills Pro-active with the ability to think strategically Organized & detail oriented Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills Associates degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered Experience working with & managing sub-contractors a plus
