Title: Custom Solutions Manager
Reports to: VP of Passholder Experience
The Manager of Custom Solutions is responsible for leading the team that provides customization of FranklinCovey solutions as a paid service to our All Access Pass clients. The purpose of the Custom team is to:
Extend our ability to win clients and grow revenue and profit related to All Access Pass (AAP).
Act as the "Scout Team" for FranklinCovey product development.
Deliver a world-class service experience.
Essential Job Functions
Develop strategy for on-going improvement of FranklinCovey's ability to deliver the highest quality custom materials.
Work with client companies directly to identify and deliver customizations of FranklinCovey solutions within their training contexts. This is a player-coach role.
Ensure that all custom products incorporate best practices in adult learning theory.
Ensure final project deliverables are the highest quality.
Work as a key partner with the sales team.
Hire, manage, engage, develop the custom team of full time and contract employees.
Create and oversee all custom operations and processes.
Own the overall custom budget, deliver consistent revenue, and operate at breakeven or better.
Minimum of 4 years of experience developing learning materials from conception through delivery for a variety of organizations/contexts. Demonstrated experience solving complex learning problems through innovative instructional design.
Minimum of 4 years in client-facing roles, such as consulting, sales, account management, or business development
Exceptional communication skills
Proven collaborator across many roles and people
Strong management and leadership skills, ideally with experience overseeing a revenue-driving professional services team
Ability to develop process while juggling lots of moving pieces
Passion for learning, development, training, and helping people see their potential
