Custom Software Engineering Manager (Accenture LLP; Florham Park, NJ): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Custom Software Engineering Manager in Florham Park, NJ, and the job duties are as follows:

• Design, develop and test custom software solutions across multiple system components or applications.

• Create implementation or integration approach for applications and components.

• Design and code applications in line with programming standards and interface specifications.

• Architect development strategy for applications and components.

• Coordinate development streams in line with overall program(s) timing and milestones.

• Build deployment plan, including the development plan and schedule, keeping in line with overall project timeline.

• Design, build, assemble, and configure application or technical architecture components using business requirements.

• Team with stakeholders on application and component design to secure buy in.

• Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:

• Building technical applications, including integrating multi-platform client systems using legacy systems;

• Creating end-to-end functional and technical designs;

• Implementing A2A and B2B solutions using Salesforce, Java Database Connectivity (JDBC), File, SOAP, SSH File Transfer Protocol (SFTP), or Java Message Service (JMS) Adapters;

• Performing Salesforce functional and technical system implementations;

• Leading production L2 and L3 level team and helping to fix the defect;

• Creating Proof of Concept (POC) and business Reports;

• Planning and executing unit and integration testing;

• Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT);

• Creating and optimizing database queries; and

• Performing Salesforce functional and technical system testing.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
