Job Title: Custom Layout Designer
Full-time: W2 Hourly + Benefits or Contractor
Location: Remote in US only
US Citizenship required POSITION DETAILS:
You will be part of a design and circuit layout team, creating next generation products for civil and defense applications. You will work on custom layout of RFIC/Analog Mixed Signal circuits in leading FinFET technologies. Responsibilities:
Working with IC designers and chip leads to determining the chip and block floorplan. Performing layout of analog circuit blocks, including SerDes, with attention to Performing DRC, ERC and LVS checks and resolving errors.Key Qualifications:
Strong analog layout skills and self-starter in technology nodes 22 nm to 3 nm FinFET.
Experience with SerDes layout.
Expert-level knowledge with Cadence Virtuoso tool suite and Mentor Calibre.
The ideal candidate has experience with Intel and GF technology.
Experience with layout of analog blocks ADC / DAC / PLLs.
Experience with Transceivers – LNA, Mixers, VCO, and Amplifiers.
Able to work independently on challenging problems.
Understand layout considerations for device matching, coupling and noise isolation.
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) are required.
