DESCRIPTION:

Custodian (Day Shift) with Head Custodian Stipend ($5,540.00)

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Head Custodian to supervise and oversee the custodial staff and overall building operations

at Orchard Hill Elementary School. Responsibilities will include supervision of daily cleaning, staff scheduling,

nventory of custodial supplies, and coordination of building maintenance tasks. The Head Custodian will develop

and maintain successful working relationships with many people throughout the district and will work collaboratively

with others to address building issues. They will communicate daily with the building administration.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Black Seal Boiler License required
• Evidence of effective problem solving and leadership skills
• Ability to collaboratively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
