The purpose of this job is to perform general cleaning, janitorial duties, and light maintenance of assigned property and buildings.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Ensures building and facilities, including common areas, are properly cleaned, maintained, and available for patron use.
Monitors and maintains cleaning supply inventory and ensures cleaning equipment is in proper working condition.
Removes trash and debris from interior and exterior of facility.
Maintains lawns, sidewalks, and parking areas; shovels snow.
Operates hand/power mowers and related equipment.
Follows safety policies and guidelines.
Provides effective customer service to patrons.
Regular attendance is a necessary and essential function.

Incumbents required to grasp, push, stand, walk, reach with hands/arms, feel attributes of objects, drive, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb/balance, operate mechanical equipment, and move up and down from/to sitting position on the floor.
