About the Position

MOSERS is looking for someone who is passionate about keeping our beautiful facilities clean. The primary duties for this position are janitorial in nature; however, depending on the successful candidate the duties may expand to facility maintenance or mailroom duties which could lead to promotional opportunities. The tentative work schedule is 8:30 a.m.

• 5:30 p.m. with some flexibility in start and end times.

About MOSERS

MOSERS is a team-oriented public pension system made up of passionate, hard-working individuals. We have two facilities within close proximity. The individual in this position would be responsible for cleaning both facilities.

How You'll Spend Your Time

The person in this position reports to the Human Resources Officer and would be part of a team of 6 HR & Facilities staff.

• Cleans interior of both MOSERS facilities daily, including bathrooms, carpets, trash collection, kitchens, offices, meeting rooms, dusting, and mopping.

• Stocks paper supplies in restrooms, kitchen, and coffee bars.

• Delivers office supplies to employees.

• Assists with some mailroom duties on an as needed basis.

• Assists in setting up and cleaning meeting spaces.

• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.

• Performs other duties as needed or assigned.

What we're looking for in the ideal candidate:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office products.

• Ability to lift 35 pounds.

• Ability to establish positive working relationships with MOSERS staff, outside vendors, and other customers.

• Ability to demonstrate integrity and a high degree of ethics.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance.
