The Environmental Services Department is seeking a qualified Custodian whose main responsibilities are major floor care projects, trash disposal, and cleaning of common areas in the community. The qualified candidate must be able to manage multiple tasks. Experience in a health care environment is highly desirable. A strong commitment to excellence is the main requirement.

Position available: Full-time; Day Shift; Monday-Friday

QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively. Previous floor maintenance experience preferred but not required. Must have a valid and active Driver License issued from any state.
