Position Overview:
Keep facility in clean and orderly condition.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
Dusting of furniture and blinds.
Gather and empty trash and recycle.
Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
Washing walls and glass.
Removing snow or debris from sidewalks.
Perform routine landscape duties, such as lawn and weed maintenance, picking up and disposing of trash.
Perform or assist with routine maintenance activities, such as replacing light bulbs, restocking supply.
Notify manager of need for repairs.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident status required

Work and Manufacturing Environment: Office/manufacturing environment where the noise level is generally quiet to moderately noisy.
Weight Requirements: Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 40 pounds.
Body Movements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to stand, walk, sit, climb, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Ability to stand, sit, and move about facility for long periods of time. Ability to use hands and fingers.
Work Position: Combination of standing and walking around. Most job performances involve walking except at designated lunch and break periods.
Sensory Requirements: Vision, speech, hearing, smell and touch are routinely used in day to day functions.
