Schedule: Monday - Friday / Weekends as needed

Salary: $13.11 Hourly

Duties of Position

Performs various assigned custodial and groundskeeping duties.

Cleans and maintains offices, corridors, lavoratories, stairs, etc.

Vacuums, sweeps, mops, and polishes floor with a floor machine.

Removes trash from all areas of the buildings, reports damage to any structure or equipment makes minor adjustments to cleaning equipment.

Operates power broom and vacuum to remove trash, leaves, dust, etc. from the assigned area within the complex.

Uses rakes, mowers, shovels, and saws to maintain the appearance of outside growth.

Operates various equipment to remove snow and ice. Performs other related duties as required.

Qualifications

Grade school education, equivalent to the 8th grade.

Ability to read labels and instructions. Ability to operate hand and power tools for custodial work

Ability to bend, and stoop. climb, and lift material up to 50lbs.
