Custodial Coordinator

Ontario ARC of Canandaigua, NY, a Human Services Agency, is seeking to hire a part-time Custodial Coordinator to lead their group of assigned custodians to meet and carry out the provision of the various custodial contracts of our customers.

All COVID-19 safety requirements are strictly adhered to at Ontario ARC and all PPE are provided for all employees. The safety of the individuals we support and the safety of our employees are both very important to Ontario ARC. Training on all safety requirements will be provided during the onboarding process.

Custodial Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Carries out the provision of various custodial contracts and instructs and supervises assigned Custodians.

• Provides coaching, instruction and quality checks for the crews' contract work.

• Assists in safe transportation of Custodians, equipment and supplies to and from the various job sites as required. Will serves as an on call staff for after hours calls from custodians and/or customers as needed.

Custodial Coordinator Qualifications:

• Over two years relevant work experience with knowledge of custodial operations and experience in supervision of others.

• Valid NYS Driver's license, no moving violations for twelve (12) months prior to hire.

• Must pass Ontario County background check.

• Secures agency driver status and completes Visions (orientation sessions), CPR and First Aid training within 3 months of hire.

• Evenings shift differential is $.50 per hour during the week and $1 per hour on weekends
