Chrome's mission is to "empower anyone to create and access information freely by making computing fast, secure, simple, and intelligent." The Google Chrome OS Commercial team is on the front lines of accelerating and growing Chrome OS adoption across Enterprise and Education.
As the Curriculum Strategy and Content Lead, you're responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and ongoing management of the training and enablement curriculum to support the Chrome OS partner ecosystem globally. You will work cross-functionally and at all levels to define the learning journey strategy and architecture for partners across all regions, and build it out in a phased approach in collaboration with creative agencies and vendors.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience in instructional design and leading learning and enablement content strategy and execution across a large enterprise.
Leadership experience building dynamic training curriculum.
Experience building curated/interactive trainings for a multitude of delivery platforms such as ILT, VILT, Mobile, or Online.
Experience leveraging tools such as Articulate, Storyline, Camtasia, Captivate, or Evolve.
Experience with IT Reseller and Distribution Ecosystems.
Experience managing multiple vendors (content vendors, xWS etc) and managing budgets, invoicing and contracting processes.
Ability to deliver results for the team, lend a hand wherever needed, and shift priorities to bring the team closer to the finish line.
Ability to use communication skills to interact with stakeholders across regions and executive management.
Define and develop a comprehensive, multi-platform training curriculum strategy for large channel partners across a variety of learner audiences.
Build the learner journey from beginning to end and map key competencies reps should have at the end of each training.
Manage vendors to design learning solutions in a variety of formats, including instructor led-training, e-learning, and digital assets.
Create content, scripts, and storyboards that are meaningful, concise, and engaging for a global audience.
Evaluate learning effectiveness and communicate KPIs to key stakeholders to understand how the instructional strategy impacts user engagement, performance, and satisfaction.
