We are seeking a Curriculum Program Manager to manage and train on the implementation of curriculum and developmentally-appropriate practices at our school in Greenville/Greer, off Pelham Road. Pay range: $19.00-$21.50/hour, based on experience, education and credentials.

Curriculum Program Manager Responsibilities:

• Train teachers on curriculum, developmentally-appropriate practices, and quality-rating practices.

• Ensure classroom lesson plans are completed and implemented.

• Assist with the hiring and on-boarding of new teachers.

• Work collaboratively with Center Director to provide feedback, assess needs, and recommend solutions.

• Ensure adequate classroom materials.

• Develop and track teacher professional development plans.

• Complete classroom observations and growth plans, as needed.

• Coordinate and facilitate semi-annual parent/teacher conferences.

• Plan, coordinate, and assist in the execution of summer camp.

• Ensure all regulatory and company policies are observed in classrooms.
