Atrilogys direct client is looking foraCurriculum Developer / Instructional Designer inPhoenix, AZ, on a 4+ weeks project (potential for extension).This position will assist in updating online training modules (computer based training - CBT); specifically, converting Flash animation to HTML5. There are approximately 15-40 CBTs needing updates.
Qualifications include:

Knowledge:
Technical writing, including consistent and correct use of tense, grammar / spelling and terminology. Current instructional theories and principles applicable to CBTs. Desktop publishing applications including layout and design (e.g., Publisher, In-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Skills: Use of recognized web-authoring applications (e.g. Lectora, Adobe Presenter, Articulate, Adobe Creative Suite, Captivate, etc.) and is SCORM compliant. Good organization skills and time management skills; ability to be flexible and solve problems. Strong proof-reading skills to produce error-free product.
Ability: Manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. Ask appropriate questions, probe for understanding, and work in collaboration with others to achieve desired results. Deals effectively with obstacles to progress in order to maintain project momentum.
