Job title: Curriculum Developer
In this role, you will use an Instructional Design (ID) system's approach to develop interactive training courses for ILT and eLearning using design, eLearning, and presentation authoring tools. You will collaborate with instructional designers, curriculum developers, and business stakeholders on a range of interactive training projects in a fast-paced and quickly-changing environment.
MandatoryAt least one (1) year of experience creating training content using Competency Based Training (CBT) and Instructional Systems Design (ISD) models, such as ADDIE. Ability to revise existing content according to ID best practices, including graphic/content layout, goal-based objectives, and assessments and learner context.
Graphic design skills and experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) and presentation authoring tools such as MS Powerpoint or Google Slides. Solid technical expertise and proficiency creating interactive online content using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Evolve, and Captivate. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in curriculum and course development for ILT and classroom training. Sharable online portfolio.
DesiredDegree or coursework in instructional design, curriculum development, or related field.
Experience adding and editing content in a Learning Management System (LMS).
Previous roles in instructional content review, material updates, customer service, and/or call center environments.
Track record of teamwork, as well as autonomous productivity in a fast-paced and quickly-changing environment.
Experience using the Google Suite, especially Slides and Docs.
