About the Role

Our Workday Education Content team is looking for a curriculum architect to develop the curriculum vision, blueprint, and roadmap for our Reporting products.

Curriculum architects work collaboratively across teams to develop and communicate the overall vision for training deliverables. Our architects regularly assess training related needs and gaps based on ongoing development and analysis of training, customer wellness, and the success of deployments.

We provide curriculum strategy and release plans to ensure timely, successful execution of architecture deliverables including release enhancement summaries and course discovery documents. Our architects own and conduct roadmap planning activities for their domains.

We work closely with Education Content Development, Solutions Enablement, Professional Services, Product Management, Product Development, Product Documentation, Marketing, and Support to ensure agreement on priorities, training goals, and use of resources. Our architects provide consultation and management as needed throughout the entire development and release management process from concept to completion. This ensures offerings contain the intended content to support learning objectives and role proficiencies, and continually improve based on consumer feedback.

Our Approach to Flexible Work

With Flex Work, we're combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work.

We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.

Pursuant to applicable Fair Chance law, Workday will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.

Workday is an Equal Opportunity Employer including individuals with disabilities and protected veterans.
