Curriculum Analyst, Learning Analysis - Branch Learning & Development

This position is responsible for ensuring curricula is up to date within Branch Learning and Development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and analyze impacts to curriculum; examples include system enhancements, process changes, performance measurement changes, and legal and regulatory requirements updates.

  • Execute legal hold and legal research requests.

  • Lead project notify/system enhancement/TMC projects to ensure BLD training materials are updated within project timeline and compliance protocol.

  • Collaborate with Curriculum Manager to maintain skill progression and to tag various content for branch team training.

  • Plan and organize impact to curriculum and recommend appropriate solutions.

  • Liaison between firm learning community members to find efficiencies and best practices for curriculum management across the firm.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Series 7 and 66 a plus

  • 1-3 years project management experience preferred

  • 3-5 instructional design experience or industry/position-related experience preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required as the position will facilitate group meetings and communications with all levels within the firm

  • Strong planning, time management, analytical and organizational skills

  • With minimal guidance, identify, prioritize, monitor, communicate, and/or resolve elements that impact curriculum

Responsibilities Promotes growth and manages successful operation of West County branches. Responsible for developing partnerships and strategic relationships with area businesses to promote growth, increase branch profitability and increase public awareness. Creates and maintains a strong strategy for improving performance and growing branches. * Develops outside partnerships and strategic relationships to promote growth and increase public awareness. Mentors, coaches, hires, evaluates, and trains team to perform at a high level. * Maintains a strong member retention program by developing a strong service culture; performing regular contacts with most valuable members; and implementing strategies to minimize closures. * Assists members when needed and resolves complex member problems and complaints. * Promotes security and safety at branches by ensuring compliance with security procedures. Maintains security equipment in working order. Qualifications Experience: * A minimum of three years of experience in a management/assistant management role within a credit union or other financial instituion required. * Proven experience in sales, sales coaching and meeting sales goals. * A minimum of 1 year in business development with proven success. Education: * Some college coursework required, Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred. Knowledge: * Strong level of knowledge in operations, branch operations, regulations and compliance. * Understands how to build long-term trusting relationships inside and outside of Credit Union. * Able to analyze the market, develop leads, and execute strategy to increase membership. * Has great leadership skills and is adept at building a high performing team. * Has excellent oral and written communication skills * Must be motivated and self-driven. * Must be able to effectively coach and consistently meet sales goals. * Spends 1/3 of time in community, making business visits, promoting credit union.
