Twitter's Curation team helps to deliver the best content that reaches, engages, and delights the largest daily audience in the world, working directly with media companies and high-profile users on the platform across many different areas including breaking news, entertainment, and sports.

We're looking for a very organized, motivated individual to help the global Curation team deliver on its biggest projects. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and experienced in developing workflows and processes to help large, distributed teams work more effectively, both within the team and with cross-functional stakeholders.
Success in this role is measured by:
Developing clear processes and workflows that help the Curation team run day-to-day responsibilities smoothly and efficiently.
Improving global communication efforts - both in terms of inter-team projects and need-to-know developments from leadership.
Working efficiently under time pressure.
Keeping on top of projects and ensuring key deliverables happen on time.
Developing strong relationships across the global team, having a strong pulse and feedback loop on team needs and pressure points.
As an individual contributor, supporting the Director of Curation to orchestrate and communicate the overall strategic planning process for Curation, including roadmaps and goal setting.
Working with the Director of Curation and Curation Global Leadership to execute projects that help the team meet its goals.
Helping communicate priorities, activities, and results to the wider team.
Representing Curation as key liaison coordinating with other internal planning functions.
Developing content and driving communication across Curation and other key stakeholders within Twitter.
2+ years experience in project management/operations/planning.
Proven ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple concurrent projects to success.
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
Experience working in content/publishing-focused teams preferred.
