Culture & Experience Manager

The company has more than 60 locations through which it distributes products, equipment and chemicals, and provides customers with other value-added services including equipment repair, equipment rental and education.

The Culture & Experience Manager will focus on creating and executing a comprehensive strategy to improve the Aramsco employee experience, including employee engagement and overall workplace culture.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategies and initiatives to improve employee retention.

• Evaluate onboarding process and recommend solutions to enhance employee's overall experience.

• Manage annual employee engagement survey.

• Identify methods and solutions for leaders to drive engagement across their teams.

• Create action plan for leaders based on teams' engagement trends.

• Maintain performance management process by collaborating with leaders to set annual performance goals, and quarterly performance assessments, for their team members.

• Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and facilitate engagement initiatives.

• Improve employee recognition program.

• Lead company-wide employee events.

• Develop ongoing manager coaching and training programs.

• Provide support during M&A activities as it relates to employees and culture.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or 5 years of related experience, including culture and employee experience.

• Proven experience developing positive working relationships with all levels of organization, including senior management.

• Strong initiative-taking and results driven qualities are essential.

• Ability to focus on timely execution and follow through in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and people skills.

• Strong collaborative skills.

Qualifications/ Skills

• Performs routine assignments in the entry level to a professional job progression.

• Typically requires a college or university degree or the equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts.

• Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems.

• Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others.

• Requires conceptual knowledge of practices and procedures within a particular area of expertise.

• Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience.

• No supervisory responsibilities; accountable for own contribution.

• Exchanges basic information, asks questions and checks for understanding.
