About Our Opportunity
The Culinary Production Clerk will serve as clerical and kitchen support for dining operations. This position will oversee daily office functions and provide support to the dining administration team. Oversee the dining office area, which is a student-centered environment and prioritize responsibilities while continuing to provide the highest level of customer service. Coordinate orientation and paperwork for new hires. Enter and update orders, schedules, mail distribution, office inventory, printing, and tracking meal history. As kitchen support, you may be asked to perform a variety of light food service responsibilities. Tasks may include food preparation and maintaining a clean organized work environment. Maintain a positive attitude with a strong customer service focus.

What We Are Looking For
Required:
High school diploma/GED
A minimum of three years of general office/clerical experience
Will also accept an equivalent combination of education and experience

Skills:
Required competencies for this position are work standards and productivity, communication, interpersonal and intercultural relations, decision-making, and dependability.
Strong attention to detail and stress tolerance.
Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets.
Basic math skills, filing, editing, proof reading, database management and office procedures.
Ability to work effectively with individuals from different viewpoints and backgrounds.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite, including Publisher.
Ability to obtain ServeSafe Certification.
Required to lift 15-30 pounds regularly.
Knowledge of food preparation a plus.
