Culinary Partnership Operations Associates collaborate to work on and own the functionality, structure, and maintenance of ZeroCater's menu data, culinary partner profile data, and internal partnership tools. Culinary Partnership Operations Associates move fast and at high volume, and are centrally positioned as leaders in best practices for communication, efficiency, and productivity within catering operations. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with various departments and develop professional work experience in a fast-growing startup.

What you will do:

  • Utilize our proprietary meal-creation software, Excel, phone calls, and a CRM platform to communicate with culinary partners (restaurants/caterers) to make daily changes to their menu and profile data

  • Perform your function in a collaborative team of Associates, ideating improvement and execution recommendations as a stakeholder group

  • Develop and lead initiatives to completion to improve the structure and content of our Culinary Partners' menu data

  • Use empathy and de-escalation skills to build relationships with our culinary partners and strengthen ZeroCater's overall catering product

  • Achieve performance metrics including, but not limited to, timely responsiveness, accurate reporting, and project plan adherence

Qualifications for Success:

  • 1+ year proven performance in a customer-facing environment

  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment

  • Familiarity with Excel and .csv uploads, Google Productivity Tools, and Salesforce or similar CRM

  • Can work with a sense of urgency, with a consistent record of achieving individual and team metrics

  • Organized and mature communicator, verbal and written (experience with de-escalation or negotiation a strong plus)

This position will have a day-to-day focus on providing analytical, strategic, and operational support for Facebook's Small Business Group (SBG) organization with the primary objective of enabling sales leadership to make effective, analytically driven and strategic operating and planning decisions.
