The job of "Teacher - Secondary" is done for the purpose/s of developing students' academic and interpersonal skills through academic courses of study and implementing district-approved curriculum; documenting teaching and student progress/activities/outcomes; addressing specific educational needs of students; providing a safe and optimal learning environment and providing feedback to students, parents and administration regarding student progress, expectations, goals, etc.
Experience Required:Valid California teaching credential for the appropriate level of instruction and/or subjects If you do not possess a credential, you must attach documents showing you are eligible for an Internship, Provisional Internship Permit (PIP), or Short Term Staff Permit (STSP).Prior teaching experience desired.
