The CTO Service Offering Project Management Senior Associate is responsible for assisting with the planning, coordination and execution of projects related to CTO tax service offerings / repeatable models development and deployment throughout the project lifecycles. The incumbent will work under the direction of the CTO Corporate National Sponsor to ensure timely completion of projects.
Supports and assists the CTO Corporate National Sponsor with critical aspects of developing and deploying corporate service offerings and repeatable models, such as;
Develop process components for corporate service offerings and repeatable models
Gather and document business requirements for RSM tool developers
Develop and execute service offering / repeatable model training programs that span go-to-market activities all the way through engagement execution (collaborate with Learning and Professional Development as appropriate)
Collaborate with the RTLs / CTO Regional Practice Leaders (RPLs) as needed to address service offering / repeatable model related opportunities/issues
In conjunction with CTO RPLs and Region Champions - identify appropriate Tax SME resources and coordinate collective efforts to ensure timely execution
Develop recommendations for CTO's annual service offering / repeatable model plan - including identification of service offering enhancement opportunities, required updates, and associated revenue targets
Monitor corporate service offering and repeatable model financial results (e.g., realization) and recommend remediation action steps to address challenges
Identify and execute appropriate communication methods to meet stakeholder and leadership needs on the accurate status of projects. Recognizes and brings project risks and issues to the National Sponsor's attention and collaborates as appropriate to take corrective action to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Ensure project documents are complete, up-to-date and stored appropriately set up and manage project libraries, manage user access, and manage version control.
Maintain and manage CTO Team Site; including updates to existing content, new content, revision to site layout, archival, user access, and version control.

Bachelor's degree in accounting
Master's degree in taxation is preferred
Intermediate / Advanced Microsoft Office skills
