• Credential

• Single Subject: Industrial & Technology Education Credential or a Designated Subject CTE: Building and Construction Trades Credential. Designated Subject CTE Credential holders are required to obtain a Single Subject (any subject area) credential/permit. Please upload the "Document's Detail" of your credential. • If Intern eligible, upload an Intern Eligibility Letter. Intern applicants must include exam results and/or proof of registration for exams (i.e. CSET, RICA, TPA).

• If currently enrolled in a credential program, please include a status letter indicating your estimated completion date. Applicants enrolled in a program must include exam results and/or proof of registration for exams (i.e. CSET, RICA, TPA).

• Transcripts

• Please submit official transcripts showing completion of a baccalaureate or higher degree from an accredited college or university.

• Letters of Recommendation

• Three letters of recommendation signed and dated within the last 3 years.

• Acceptable signatures include original wet signatures, Adobe and DocuSign electronic signatures.

• Typed signatures will not be accepted.
