P. Phillips Hospital is a 285-bed acute care facility serving southwest Orange County for more than 35 years. The hospital offers advanced technology and expertise in numerous areas of specialty, including diagnostic imaging, cardiovascular and stroke care, comprehensive surgical services, and rehabilitation, with minimally invasive options for many procedures utilizing the DaVinci Robotic Surgical System and Mako SmartRobotics roboticarm-assisted surgery for knee and hip joint replacement. A comprehensive Emergency Department treats both adults and children, including a "fast track" for minor emergencies, and is a designated Primary Stroke Center.

This facility has a reputation for a team-oriented culture, supportive leadership, and a highly engaged medical staff. We are seeking a collaborative, dual-modality technologist to support our growing weekend team on Friday/Saturday/Sunday from 2:00pm to 2:30am.
Provides quality patient care when performing diagnostic imaging and related procedures to demonstrate anatomy for interpretation nd/or intervention while adhering to radiation safety principles • Exercises professional judgment in performance of services and maintains a demeanor complimentary to quality care. • Delivers appropriate care while recognizing patient conditions and ensuring successful completion of procedures. • Complies with all state and federal regulations applicable to each modality. • Adheres to Orlando Health mission statements and strategic imperatives. • Assesses the patient's physical condition and age specific needs. • Provides instructions that achieve patient cooperation and desired results. • Performs proper patient identification, acquires patient's clinical history, and assures that the information is accurately documented. • Positions patient, equipment, associated devices and manipulates technical factors to achieve high quality images for interpretation. • Assesses diagnostic images for technical quality, proper annotation, and patient identification, ensuring that all relative anatomy is demonstrated Qualifications Education/Training Graduate of accredited school of Radiologic Technology. Licensure/Certification Valid Certified Radiologic Technologist licensure by the State of Florida and Valid American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification or Valid Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) in (CT) Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification
