Job Description:
Prepares patients for procedures, assumes responsibility for patient needs during procedures. Performs procedures with accuracy and thoroughness in a timely manner, adhering to the protocols outlined in the department's procedure manual upon the order of a licensed independent practitioner for diagnostic interpretation by a radiologist.

Maintains and acquires CE units as required by the State/National agencies
CT or ARRT-CT Required if performing for any new hire after July 31, 2019. New graduates and internal transfers will have 14 months to obtain. All other new hires into a CT Technologist role will have 6 months to obtain.
Certifications/Licensures:
Certified (CRT) Current California
Required
California Department of Public Health
Radiologic Health Branch
Required. For new hires, the technologist must obtain a fluoroscopy permit within 6 months.
American Heart Association
Required
ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
Required
ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
Required if performing CT.
Work Shift:
08.0 - Per Diem Days No Waive (United States of America)
Pay Range:
$57.50 - $77.49
Hourly
Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure.
Note: Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting. The work shift will contain the word 'exempt' on it.
